Dear Mr., Mrs., I sold my apartment through the Pearl Gates. Signed a escrow management agreement on 9.12.2025. The sale was done at the end of 12/2025 but till now I do not get my money from the escrow acc and no one is comunicating with me. Can you inform me what is going on with the funds transfer?
